Registered Slate for Director and Vice-Director of IEE-USP

The Electoral Commission for the Election of the Director and Vice-Director of the Institute of Energy and Environment, University of São Paulo (IEE-USP), governed by the IEE-PDO-003/2023 Regulation of March 20, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the State on March 21, 2023, informs that it has registered, on May 24, 2023, a slate of candidates with the following composition: Prof. Dr. Tércio Ambrizzi (Director) and Prof. Dr. Ildo Luís Sauer (Vice-Director).
According to Article 7 of the aforementioned Regulation, considering only one slate registered so far, a new registration period is opened from May 26 to June 5, 2023, during which only external faculty members of the Institute, Full Professors or Associate Professors 3, may run as candidates, as follows:

“Article 7 – After the deadline referred to in Article 6 has expired and if there are not at least two registered slates, a new registration period will be established from May 26 to June 5, 2023, according to the provisions of Article 5, in which exclusively Full Professors or Associate Professors 3 external to the Specialized Institute may present candidacies.” (IEE-PDO-003/2023 Regulation of March 20, 2023, published in the Official Gazette on March 21, 2023).
