At the discretion of the Advisor and the Student, a “Corrected Version” of the Dissertation/Thesis may be submitted, aiming to incorporate the contributions of the Judging Committee into the final work. This version may be submitted within 60 (sixty) days after the defense date to be made available in the Physical and Digital Library of USP for consultation.
Important:
The Corrected Version is not mandatory, and the approval of the Panel should not be contingent upon the commitment to deliver a Corrected Version. The object of analysis of the Judging Committee is the “Original Version” of the Dissertation/Thesis submitted at the time of Deposit. It is up to the advisor and the student to submit a Corrected Version.
Both versions will be kept in the USP archives, but only the “Corrected Version,” if submitted within the 60-day deadline, will be made available for public consultation.
